THE CIPIERRE-BUNKERLOCKS HINGE art. 6000 is designed to be mounted on burglar-proof doors so it has all the features necessary for this specific application which are:
-Sturdy all-steel construction, large bearing capacity, long life, easy to mount on metal doors.
-Rotation on axial ball bearings in long lasting steel even with heavy loads.
- Opening up to over 180° on two axes in sequence, i.e. one after the other (patented system).
- Allows the creation of leaves equipped with perimeter stops (x, see attached drawings) which are essential for anti-burglary protection and assembly of sealing gaskets, this feature is especially important for leaves that open outwards.
-Wide and comfortable adjustments in three directions: height +/-10mm. lateral +/- 6mm. pressure +/-3mm.
-Removable, the door can be separated and joined to the frame through a simple operation.
-Ample space available for further assembly of cladding panels and perimeter displays thanks to the wide opening trajectory.
