Comall - TTK350 Roll-forming Machine TAB200FM

The TAB 200 FM thermal break roll-forming machine from Comall has 13 motorised axes (2 more than its predecessor, the TAB 200 M) and 6 pairs of assembly discs which shape the aluminium. The new machine is a real step forward from the previous one: now the top discs are also motorised to enable faster operation with a higher degree of automation. Thanks to the addition of this new function, the discs are adjusted automatically by the software integrated with the machine rather than manually by the operator. Faster adjustment means saving time in the positioning of the profiles for processing, especially if profile bar sizes have to be modified frequently. Operators have to perform fewer manual tasks, with positive impacts on productivity. The new TAB 200 FM is controlled by the TKK Integra software. Remote control enables the creation of programs and processing orders from a remote station. Engineers can assist customers with updates and customised programs in real time. Another important characteristic of the new assembler is the increase in the machine’s vertical operating range. Rollers reach heights of 400 mm to allow the processing of large profiles. While the TAB 200 M was able to process profiles up to 360 mm, thanks to this change the new TAB 200 FM can now assemble higher profiles, up to 400 mm in height.
