The access panel F1 model is composed of two aluminum frames, the profiles are solidly connected to each other by a special TIG procedure. This procedure avoide the use of corners or screws during production and make the product clean and essential and also easier to assemble. This model also allows the application to the wall with lateral opening thanks to the tilting rotary system. The access panel is not removable and is supplied with steel cables and an easy-to-use safety carabiner. The installation of our access panel on walls or false ceilings is immediate, very simple, safe and stable. A joint gap of 1.75 mm is visible between outer frame and door leaf.  The concealed snap locks open the access panel when pressure is applied to the flap on the spring loaded latch side. In standard sizes, the plaster-coated plaster sheet of the door, which can be of various thicknesses, is glued to the profile using a special process and therefore does not require plastering, and is ready for painting, thus avoiding unattractive blemishes.
