The floor manhole cover System PRO+ Fire Fighting is made of hot-dip galvanized steel or 2 mm thick stainless steel. The depth of the tank is 50 mm and the installation height is only 75 mm. The frame is equipped with a special frost and weatherproof seal to protect against infiltration and odor leakage. The frame is fixed by casting at floor level. The tub can then be filled and inserted into the frame. For assembly, the cover is attached to the frame by means of clamping screws and can be removed using the lifting key provided. The tub can be filled with stone, tile, concrete, resin, granite, wood, hardwood floors or other materials. The "fire" version, is equipped with a fire protection plate of 25 mm thickness. This is made of a corner frame and can be easily inserted into the structure after assembly. Certificate: Our certificate attests, that the manhole PRO+ Fireproof can withstand 120 minutes thus ensuring a substantial contribution to safety in fire protection. Load: up to Class B125 according to EN 124. Material: 2.5 mm thick aluminum frame and tub. Areas of application: For both indoor and outdoor floor drains where fire protection is required. Opening: Each FF manhole cover is supplied with tightening/lifting keys and an assembly manual. The manhole is secured to the frame using anchor screws.
