The floor manhole cover PRO+ Fire Fighting System is made of aluminum 2.5 mm thick. The depth of the tank is 65 mm and the installation height is only 75 mm. The frame is equipped with a special frost and weatherproof seal to protect against infiltration and odor leakage. The frame is fixed by casting at floor level. The tub can then be filled and inserted into the frame. For assembly, the cover is fixed to the frame by means of clamping screws, which can be removed using the lifting key provided. Filling of the tub is possible with stone, tile, cement, resin, granite, wood and hard floors or other materials. The "fireproof" version, is equipped with a fire protection plate of 25 mm thickness. This is made of an angular Z-frame and can be easily inserted into the structure after assembly. Load: up to Class B125 according to EN 124. Material: Frame and trough made of hot-dip galvanized steel or 2 mm thick stainless steel. Areas of application: For both indoor and outdoor floor drains where fire protection is required. Opening: Each FF manhole cover is supplied with tightening/lifting keys and an assembly manual. The manhole is secured to the frame using anchor screws.
