The Sistema PRO+ Thermal floor manhole cover is made of 2.5 mm thick aluminum. The depth of the tank is 65 mm and the installation height is only 75 mm. The frame is fitted with a special frost- and weather-proof seal to protect against seepage and odor leakage. The frame is fixed by casting at floor level. The tub can then be filled and inserted into the frame. For assembly, the cover is fixed to the frame by means of clamping screws, which can be removed using the lifting key provided. Filling of the tub is possible with stone, tile, cement, resin, granite, wood and hard floors or other materials. The ""thermal"" version is equipped with insulating panels consisting of rigid polyurethane foam with aluminum coating on two sides with a thickness of 80 mm. This is fixed inside a corner frame and can be easily inserted into the structure after assembly. Recommended for manholes over 50 kg (filled tank). Load: up to Class B125 according to EN 124. Material: Aluminum frame and tub 2.5 mm thick. Areas of application: For floor ducts both for indoor and outdoor use where there is a specific temperature requirement inside the duct. Opening: Each FF manhole is equipped with tightening/lifting keys and an assembly manual. The manhole is secured to the frame by anchor screws.
