The floor manhole cover System PRO+ Maxi thermal is made of hot-dip galvanized steel or stainless steel. The frame is equipped with a special frost- and weather-tight seal to protect against seepage and odor leakage. The frame is fixed by casting at floor level and then the tank can be filled and inserted into the frame. Filling of the tub is possible with stone, tile, cement, resin, granite, wood and hard floor tiles or other materials. The fire-proof version is equipped with a fire protection plate, which can be easily inserted into the frame after installation. Areas of application: For both indoor and outdoor floor ducts where there is a demand for a specific temperature inside the duct. Each manhole cover comes with tightening/lifting keys and an installation manual. Dimensions: Customized sizes can be produced in every dimension upon enquiry.
