Vanoli Ferro S.p.a. has been operating profitably for over 50 years in the steel products trade sector. A dynamic company open to innovation, it is able to respond to the challenges of a constantly evolving market. Our warehouses, developed on an area of ​​52,000 square meters. of which 33,000 sqm. covered, allow us to guarantee a wide range of products available from stock and pre-processing of the materials marketed. A customer-centered company, with particular attention to quality, service, punctuality and speed of deliveries. The 50,000 tons annually sold on average are divided into the following types of product: Merchant rolled products from 10 mm to 400 mm, Tubulars from th. 1,5 mm, furniture tube from 2 to 5 mm, shaped tube from 2 to 5mm, structural tube from 6 to 12 mm, Flattened sheets from 0,6 mm to 20 mm, Beams up to 1000 mm, Round C.A. and mesh for floors, Insulating panels for walls and roofs, Grids and perforated sheets, Open profiles.

Since 2008 we have been directly carrying out many processes in a vast covered warehouse of 17,500 square meters. The technical office manages NC format files and STEP files, allowing them to be transformed into CAM files, necessary for production. To date we have:

• 4 cutting lines
• 3 cut / punch lines
• 1 angled cut / drill line
• 2 laser systems for processing tubes from 20 mm to 350 mm
• 1 CNC plasma system for pipe processing up to diam. 900 mm
• 1 thermal cutting robot for 3D plasma processing

Vanoli Ferro has always had quality as its main objective. The consolidated relationship with the European steel mills and producers of primary importance, allows us to guarantee the quality of the products. All our main suppliers are certified and comply with the obligations of the regulations in force:

• CE mark for flat non-alloy steels for structural use (EN10025)
• CE mark for structural pipes according to the European directive 89/106 / EEC (EN10219 and EN10210)

We have been ISO9001 certified since 2011, with the latest update to ISO9001: 2015 in February 2018.

Since 2015 we have been certified UNI EN 1090-1: 2009 + A1-2011 CPR UE 305/2011 execution of steel structures. All products upon entry into the warehouse are marked or labeled ensuring internal traceability. The use of special programs allows the issuance of certificates in conjunction with the transport document.
