Infinity Sniper - CNC Hotwire Machine by Nettuno Sistemi

Infinity Sniper is the latest version of the series Infinity. This 5 axes CNC hotwire foam cutting machine is equipped with the most advanced hardware solutions developed by Nettuno Sistemi. The heavy-duty stucture, world wide appreciated for its adjustable lenght of the cutting wire, allows the operator to load full blocks of expanded polystyrene long up to 4200 mm. Considered the most powerful CNC cutting machine for EPS and XPS, is now even more accurate. This accuracy is guaranteed by the use of a high-precision transmission. Nettuno Sistemi has replaced the use of belts, installed in the standard version, with Gear Racks for the X axes and Bearing Screws for the Y axes. The cutting speed is regulated by the Clevel, patented by Nettuno Sistemi, which is able to regulate automatically the feed rate of the machine. Thanks to Clevel, the operator is not required to adjust manually the speed of the cutting getting double advantage : high precision and optimization of processing time for each project. As per the standard version of Infinity, are included : Vertical Turning Table, Horizontal Lathe and Shapeable Wire. The tension of the cutting wire is not regulated by springs, but by the exlcusive PC controlled wire tensioner developed by Nettuno Sistemi.
