Infinity MW – Hot Multiple Wire CNC Foam Cutting machine

Infinity MW is the upgrade of single wire Infinity CNC hotwire foam cutting machine. It is equipped with a Multi-wire harp which can work in both vertical and horizontal position. The harp can be set to work with up to 20 cutting wires long 2500 mm in order to maximize the productivity of this hotwire cutting machine. Infinity MW is recommended for large production of EPS / XPS Cornices, Parapets, Panels / Slices for external wall insulation, board for Thermal and Acoustic insulation, Architectural elements, Precast, Letters , Packaging components, etc. The heavy duty structure is built on the base of the single wire version, but it is reinforced in order to fulfill with the requirements of massive productions of elments made of Expanded and Extruded Polystyrene. The standard transmission of Y axes where the motors are driven by belts is replaced with bearing screws. The maximum length of the wires is 3000 mm. When not required, the harp can be removed and the lenght of single wire adjusted from a minimum of 1300 to a maximum of 4200 mm. It works with 4 independent axes + vertical turning table + shapeable wire + horizontal lathe for creating complex cuts / projects in 2D and 3D.
