Evento a Milano "Costruiamo il futuro: Dall’On-site all’Off-site". Edizione 2024 - Tecnostrutture

Giovedì 1 febbraio 2024 presso l’Auditorium Gaber – Palazzo Pirelli a Milano, si è svolto il convegno “Costruiamo il futuro: Dall’On-site all’Off-site, Industrializzare per rinnovare il settore delle costruzioni”. Il convegno organizzato da Tecnostrutture insieme a Harpaceas Srl, Impresa Percassi, Rubner Haus, Brioschi Sviluppo Immobiliare Spa (bfx), Gualini e PICHLER Strutture in acciaio & Facciate, si proponeva di fornire una piattaforma di confronto e discussione su come l’industrializzazione delle costruzioni possa contribuire al rinnovamento del settore. Il settore edilizio sta attraversando una trasformazione e il convegno "Costruiamo il Futuro" è stato un punto d'incontro per i protagonisti di questa rivoluzione. Investitori, produttori e progettisti hanno avuto la possibilità di esplorare soluzioni innovative e di ascoltare interventi di grande portata tra cui Tecnologie BIM, Digital Twin, Eleganza Sostenibile, l'evoluzione del General Contractor e il caso del Nuovo Villaggio Olimpico di Milano. La nostra Site Manager, Maria Greca Sollai, ha condiviso sul palco dell’Auditorium Gaber del Palazzo Pirelli la sua diretta esperienza, rendendoci immensamente orgogliosi. Ha parlato di come, con un approccio Off-Site, sfruttando i vantaggi del sistema NPS®, siamo riusciti a realizzare gli edifici con un anticipo di tre mesi sul cronoprogramma ufficiale. “Le strutture sono state terminate il 27/01, ed è stata veramente la concretizzazione di un progetto a tempo di record grazie soprattutto alla cooperazione tra tutti gli attori coinvolti. Un lavoro di squadra che ha fatto la differenza e che ci ha portati ad un vero successo olimpico.” _______ ENG On Thursday 1 February 2024 at the Auditorium Gaber - Palazzo Pirelli in Milan, the conference 'Let's build the future: From On-site to Off-site, Industrialise to renew the construction sector' took place. The conference, organised by Tecnostrutture together with Harpaceas Srl, Impresa Percassi, Rubner Haus, Brioschi Sviluppo Immobiliare Spa (bfx), Gualini and PICHLER Strutture in acciaio & Facciate, aimed at providing a platform for comparison and discussion on how the industrialisation of construction can contribute to the renewal of the sector. The construction sector is undergoing a transformation and the 'Building the Future' conference was a meeting point for the protagonists of this revolution. Investors, manufacturers and designers had the opportunity to explore innovative solutions and listen to keynote speeches including BIM Technologies, Digital Twin, Sustainable Elegance, the evolution of the General Contractor and the case of the New Olympic Village in Milan. Our Site Manager, Maria Greca Sollai, shared her first-hand experience on stage at the Gaber Auditorium of the Palazzo Pirelli, making us immensely proud. She talked about how, with an Off-Site approach, exploiting the advantages of the NPS® system, we were able to construct the buildings three months ahead of the official schedule.
